General Information
Bookings
Must be made at least 2 weeks prior to the event.
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation, even in the event of cancellation.
Late Payment
A 5% late fee will be charged on any balance unpaid after the event.

How does the Kidztropic backdrop** look like?
We have a 2.2m (H) x 1.2m (W) backdrop for photo taking (see image). In addition, a low table will also be provided for cake cutting.

What is the age suitability for the play area?
The play area is suitable for children 6 years old and below.

Do you offer a chiller for birthday cake?
We have a chiller able to fit a single tier cake only.

What time can I come in to set up?
30 mins before event booking time.
5)
What time do my guests & I need to vacate?
We strongly suggest to start wrapping up 15 mins prior to end of party slot.
